S anjoy Das, a seasoned hotelier for more than two decades, an expert strategic leader in hospitality, healthcare and retail industry Dr Sanjoy Das champions the Operations in India sub-continent and southeast Asia at Eight Continents, driving brand vision to reality. In the past Sanjoy has played an important role in the management of several hotel chains and hospital chain that includes the Taj Hotels and Resorts, Hilton Hotels in United Kingdom, The Park hotels, RCI resorts in Spain, The Raintree hotels and Dr Agarwals Group of Eye hospitals.

In the projects have been involved on the concept development & planning to the execution and handover of the project.
Further to my previous professional experience as project coordinator, my work was commended for the coordination and timely delivery of multi-million euro, furnishing project of new property development in Cyprus, involving large teams, international design furniture suppliers and tight deadlines. In the project, I have been working closely with the developers, suppliers, and the main contractor to achieve the requirements and the execution of the project.

Chef Vishal has been very passionate about cooking since his childhood. Academically a graduate and started his career with Taj hotels as a trainee and worked his way up by working with several hotels including Grand Hyatt, Aman Resorts, Universal Resorts and RAAS hotels in India and Overseas. Chef Vishal handled the key positions within F&B i.e., Executive Chef and Corporate Roles as Head Food and Beverage. His key attributes – well seasoned in pre- openings, F&B layouts designing and setting up the efficient SOPs to achieve excellence in Food and Beverage.
Chef Vishal did 3 years apprenticeship to master his skills in cooking and enjoyed it thoroughly as he wanted to acquire as much knowledge as he could, even if he had to devote most of the time in the kitchen and restaurant floor.
